4/6/2023 0 Comments Techsmith log inOh and if you couldn't tell, I managed to write this post, check it and post it during your update webinar, and I'm confident that I didn't miss anything. If not, maybe you need to consider reducing your quarterly updates to half yearly, even if it's just so you have something to talk about. I appreciate you are still updating the core product engine that restricts what else you can do, but when will this end? Have you got a timeline for when you can start making notable changes? Something that isn't an update on reports. What is going on? Have you fired all your developers? Customers covered by a TechSmith maintenance agreement are entitled to the following services: All major upgrades, Unlimited priority telephone and online support, and Accumulative licenses. This has slowly transitioned into a shortened session, full of padding with "top tips" (although I'm not certain when this was introduced), "spotlight on" and slow talking.Īnd why is that? Because for, what must be the 8th update in a row, the main updates are on changes to reporting! ![]() There was so much information that the host had to talk quickly, there was limited time for any product demonstrations and you came off the end of the session hoping you managed to type fast enough to get all the information down and you didn't miss anything. Pre-covid the product update webinars were made up of 2 sections, new products and coming soon. The latest product update capped a repetitive cycle that has been going on for the last 4 years. It's core, it's UI and it's appstore is still the best in the market. Now don't get me wrong, I am a massive advocate of your product. I have just sat through another Xero product update, which have become more and more demoralising over time. Ok Xero, I am calling you out! #xerocertified
